MSI named high-performer in 2023 Global Health 50/50 Report

In the latest Global Health 50/50 Report, which looks at the gender-related policies and practices of 200 organisations in global health, we're proud that MSI Reproductive Choices has been rated a ‘high performer’.

Global Health 50/50 has also named us as a ‘fast-riser’ and highlighted several of our inclusive policies and practices including:

• Being the only organisation with a menopause policy
• Being 1 of 7 organisations to offer assisted conception/fertility leave

This comes alongside our recent ‘Employee Engagement Award’ celebrating our high levels of employee engagement.

These wins are testament to the dedicated work going on behind the scenes to ensure MSI is one of the best employers in global health and an inclusive employer of choice.
