Tania Holt is a Senior Partner at the global management consultancy company, McKinsey. As a leader in their Global Public Health and Life Science Practices team, Tania has worked extensively on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies, commercial and operational approaches, and emerging markets. Tania is currently leading McKinsey’s ESG efforts in Europe and is a member of their Global Social Responsibility Council. 

Outside of her work at McKinsey, Tania focuses on advancing world class higher education and research, as a council member at University College London (UCL), and in her advisory roles at the Center for African Studies, Harvard University, and the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE). 

Tania is passionate about diversity, inclusion, and equity, with a particular interest in health equity, gender equality and women’s empowerment. Tania shared that she believes “these are issues that affect all people – socially, economically and politically.” 

With a commitment to advancing the health and empowerment of women and girls, and a wealth of experience in global health - both within the private and academic sectors - we are delighted to have Tania Holt on the MSI Board.
