MSI’s programme in Ghana launched in 2007 to provide access to quality and affordable sexual and reproductive healthcare.
Since then, MSI Ghana has become one of the leading sexual and reproductive healthcare providers in the country, ensuring no one is left behind by expanding access for marginalised and underserved communities too.
In partnership with the Government of Ghana and other stakeholders, MSI Ghana is working to reduce unsafe abortion, by ensuring women have access to the modern contraception and safe abortion care that allows them to take control of their futures. Safe abortion care is provided by the programme’s centre network of clinics, which also serve as training centres, increasing the skills of other healthcare providers across the public and private sectors.
