Dr. Diaminatou Sow

Regional Medical Advisor

The former director of the medical team at Marie Stopes Mali, Dr. Sow joined the London-based Medical Development Team in 2016, taking on the role of Regional Medical Advisor for Francophone Africa, to assure the quality of services and monitor the implementation of MSI standards.

A general practitioner with a passion for providing quality reproductive health programmes, she is responsible for carrying out quality technical assistance (QTA) assessments in neighbouring countries, as well as advising them on how to strengthen their programmes. Dr. Sow is also one of our master trainers, specialising in family planning packages for Francophone countries.
